How do I know if an item is available for shipment is sold out?

If you do not see a particular style or color that you are trying to select, that item may be sold out. We are continually producing new and existing styles, colors and sizes that will be introduced throughout the year. Please sign up for our newsletter here to be updated on new arrivals. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders. We also have a PayPal option.

Can I change an order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate any changes you would like to make. The best way to do that is to contact our service team as soon as you can.

Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?

Unfortunately only one coupon code can be applied to an order at a time.

How long will it take to get my Cobble and Hyde shoes?

All orders will be shipped free via FedEx ground and should be at your door within 7-10 business days after they’ve shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Cobble and Hyde offers free standard ground shipping to all customers within the 48 contiguous United States.

We can ship to most International destinations. Unfortunately free shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous United States currently. Please reach out to us at and we’d be happy to provide estimated shipping costs for international destinations.

How do I track my order?

How can I make a return in the US?

Returns with us are free and extremely easy. Just send us an email to with the subject “return” and your order number and we will get back to you with a prepaid shipping label. Returned products must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition, unworn. We recommend that you try your shoes over a carpeted area first to prevent stains and marks on the soles. The soles are hand painted and will scuff as soon as they hit hard surface. If there’s any sign of wear on the soles you may not be eligible for a refund. Please return your items within 30 days of the shipping date.
